Crane Operator Dies After Suffering Heart Attack Above Site

A crane operator has died after suffering a heart attack while working above a building site in west London.

Emergency services were called just after 10:30am after reports a man had taken ill 20 metres up a building at the site on New Kings Road, Parsons Green.

Firefighters managed to get the man down just before 12:30pm.

A London Fire Brigade spokesperson said: "Fire crews brought the man down to ground level but was sadly pronounced dead at the scene by London Ambulance Service crews."
