Skanska has completed an office building development in Bristol.
The '66 Queen Square' project was delivered for asset management company Aviva Investors.
Skanska began building the 61,000 sq ft Grade A office scheme after purchasing the site in 2013.
Once completed, the building was sold to Aviva for nearly £33 million.
The project was delivered by the firm's business development arm 'Workplaces by Skanska'.
Andreas Lindelöf, Managing Director, Development, said: "We took a risk when we originally bought the site. We were confident that the time was right for commercial development in Bristol – and we were correct. The success of 66 Queen Square has exceeded our expectations."
Skanska are now set to begin another 0.3 hectare office-led project near to Temple Meads train station in the city.
