GIFO To Build New Primark Store In Chester

Graham Interior Fit-out (GIFO) has been selected to build a new Primark store in Chester.

The news follows on from successful contract awards in Wakefield and Fort Kinnaird, Edinburgh.

Overall, the three deals are worth £10 million.

The 39,100 sq ft project in Broughton Park will be completed over a 14-week period.

The GIFO team will install new mechanical and electrical services, ceilings and floor finishes along with all fixtures, fittings and furniture over a two-floor area.
