Bouygues UK has secured a £45 million contract to deliver two phases of a regeneration project in west London.
The contractor is to deliver 300 new homes on the Havelock Estate in Ealing.
The project, for Catalyst Housing, involves spreading the homes across six new apartment buildings as well as two and three storey houses.
Around half of the homes were be allocated for shared ownership and shared equity, with the remaining properties being put up for sale.
Since 2012, Bouygues UK has been working in partnership with Catalyst Housing to design the project, including securing planning permission, identifying services which need to be diverted and roads that need to be realigned as part of the scheme.
The win represents another redevelopment project for Bouygues UK, which is already working on other regeneration schemes across London, including at Hallsville Quarter in Newham and as part of the Gascoigne East Masterplan in Barking and Dagenham.
