£100m Leeds Office Development Enters Final Phase

A £100 million office development in Leeds has entered its final phase.

The 11-storey Central Square scheme has been designed by DLA Design for property developer Marrico LLP.

It is being built on Wellington Street at the site of a former Royal Mail facility.

Once finished, the scheme will comprise 220,000 sq ft of flexible Grade A office space, 30,000 sq ft of retail/leisure provision, 128 car parking spaces, accessible public thoroughfares, a central atrium and winter garden.

Wates Construction began developing the project in June 2014, with completion scheduled for early 2016.
