ISG has won a fit-out contract for an office scheme in London.
The firm will upgrade and enhance QBE Business Insurance's 16-storey Fenchurch Street offices.
The existing first and second floor office space will be improved, along with 100,000 sq ft of accommodation.
The project aims to increase capacity without extending the original floorplates, enabling QBE to relocate staff from other offices in the capital to its UK HQ.
The first phase of work involves the strip out and fit out of the second floor space and comprehensive upgrade of mechanical and electrical services infrastructure.
A new high specification reception area will be created, along with a mix of open plan office space, meeting rooms and collaborative areas.
Once phase one is completed, staff will vacate the first floor and ISG will strip out the existing accommodation to provide modern open plan office space and a client meeting site, with audio visual and conferencing facilities.
In addition, all floor and ceiling finishes will be replaced as part of the scheme, with new welfare facilities and tea/coffee points installed.
