Wates Appoints New Regional Southern MD

Wates Living Space has announced the appointment of Paul Nicholls as its Regional Managing Director (London & South).

Mr Nicholls will lead the newly created specialist Homes division in the South.

He will oversee all new-build contracting projects, regeneration and development activities.

In addition, Mr Nicholls will sit on the Wates Living Space Homes national board.

The move comes as the company recently restructured its national operations to create two specialist divisions, Homes and Maintenance.

Mr Nicholls was previously at United House Group for 13 years, where he most recently held the position of Group Business Development Director.

Speaking on his appointment, Mr Nicholls said: "I am extremely excited to join Wates Living Space at a time of such positive and progressive development for the business."
