Osbourne Receives Award For £8m Development

Construction firm Osbourne has been awarded an accolade at the Inside Housing Awards 2015.

The firms £8 million Railton Place development in Weybridge, Surrey was awarded the 'Top Non-Grant Funded Development of the Year'.

Built in collaboration with Paragon Housing, the project provides 'affordable' housing to the Weybridge area, with 24 new homes available for social rent and 24 apartments available for shared ownership.

Garfield Coombs, Director, at Osborne said: "It's wonderful that Railton Place has been recognised for its use of energy saving technology and the way that its pays respect to the local heritage of the site."
