GRAHAM Facilities Management (GFM) has secured a contract to provide maintenance works for student accommodation at The University of Edinburgh.
The agreement marks GFM's eighth successful acquisition of a contract for a higher education.
The Measured Term Contract involves building maintenance and minor works, including responsive maintenance works.
The deal also involves preparing all student accommodation properties into holiday lets over 'key' holiday periods and around core academic and Fringe Festival business.
The maintenance team will manage and be supported by a preferred local supply chain.
