A programme of resurfacing works is due to begin next week in Cornwall, Highways England has announced.
The project will see three sections of the A38 carriageway resurfaced, with work beginning between Catchfrench and Lean Quarry.
Two other schemes will see resurfacing work take place between Cartuther and South Trevido (eastbound) and Trerulefoot and Catchfrench (eastbound and westbound).
The works will be carried out between 30 October – 26 November, 26 November – 8 December and 7 December to 17 December.
The project is part of a £6m programme of overnight resurfacing covering six sections of the A38 between Dartbridge and Trerulefoot.
Highways England project sponsor Helen Phillips said: "When complete, the schemes will prolong the overall life of the carriageway and maintain safety."
Diversions and lane closures will be in place
