Workspace Sells Industrial Site For £23m

Property company Workspace Group has sold an industrial estate in East London.

Capital Industrial One BV purchased the 135,000 sq ft site in Leyton for £23m.

The estate was sold at a 25% premium to its valuation in March 2015.

Jamie Hopkins, Chief Executive Officer of Workspace, said: "We are delighted with the outcome we've achieved on this disposal.

"We saw significant interest in the site from a number of potential buyers and are pleased to have sold it at a substantial premium to its book value."
