Resurfacing work is scheduled to take place on the M621 near Leeds, Highways England has announced.
Contractors will resurface the westbound entry slip road at the Belle Isle junction, along with repainting white lines and installing new reflective road studs.
The slip road is to be closed from 8pm on 24 October until 6am on 26 October, and again between 8pm and 6am on the same date to ensure traffic is not affected by the closures.
Highways England Project Manager Mark Ramsden said: "It’s essential that this work takes place so that drivers can benefit from smoother and safer journeys, and a well-maintained road network."
Diversions will be in place.
