Keepmoat has appointed former Westminster housing and property chief Ben Denton as its Group Strategy and Business Development Director.
His will role include developing strategies across the company's Homes and Regeneration divisions, focusing on increasing growth within new and existing partnerships.
As a qualified surveyor, Mr Denton has an extensive background in leading regeneration schemes.
He began his career at Hillier Parker and has also worked for KPMG, eventually going on to start his own company (ABROS).
Speaking on his new role, Mr Denton said: "I'm joining Keepmoat at a really exciting time for the business. After consecutive contract wins and the effective implementation of a southern region for the homes division, there is real scope to build on the company's success and help grow Keepmoat in existing and new markets."
Keepmoat recently announced it has surpassed a turnover milestone of £1bn.
