ISG has been awarded a £10m contract to develop a new UK headquarters for insurer and reinsurer firm Brit Insurance.
The contractor will deliver a high-specification Cat B fit out across five floors at The Leadenhall Building in London.
ISG is to create 66,000 sq ft of majority open plan accommodation across levels 16 to 18, including the provision of meeting space, break out areas and the installation of a large feature staircase between the three floors.
Across levels 39 and 40, the company will develop formal client meeting space, creating a new reception area and installing a helical staircase to link the two floors.
Mechanical and electrical services include specialist lighting solutions and an upgraded building management system (BMS).
