Seddon has won a £7 million contract to deliver a retail park development in Birmingham.
Salmon Harvester Properties has appointed the company to develop the 54,000 sq ft Mulberry Walk Retail park in Sutton Coldfield.
Seddon will build retail accommodation, a service yard, car parking and hard/soft landscaping for 22 units in the Mere Green area of the city.
The development is part of a wider £18m joint venture (JV) scheme between Salmon Harvester Properties Limited and NFU Mutual.
It was designed by K4 Architects.
Work is expected to begin in November 2015 with project completion by October 2016.
Eamonn Burns, Regional Director at Seddon, said: "The past year has seen Seddon's presence in the Midlands grow strongly as we build a diverse portfolio of contracts across the business.
"We look forward to delivering this scheme for Salmon Harvester over the next year."
