Resurfacing works are due to take place on the A64 in York, it has been announced.
Contractors will resurface parts of the eastbound and westbound entry slip roads from the A1036 Tadcaster Road to the A64.
New areas of high friction surfacing are to also be installed.
The work is to begin on 8 October and will be completed by 16 October.
During the work, lane 1 on the A1036 eastbound from the traffic lights at the junction with the A64 to Sim Balk Lane will be closed overnight, along with the eastbound and westbound entry slip roads from the A1036 to the A64.
Diversions will be in place.
