Orbit Reaches Housing Target Milestone

Orbit Homes has reached a 'major milestone' in its development target of 12,000 new homes by 2020.

The house-builder has built over 3,000 homes since April 2013.

Earlier this year, Orbit announced the second largest 'affordable' housing development programme between 2015-2020, with 8,418 new homes planned.

Land has already been secured for more than 4,000 of these homes.

Paul High, Executive Director for Orbit, said: "Reaching this major milestone demonstrates Orbit's commitment to tackling the housing crisis, by providing the new homes this country so desperately needs."
