Building services firm EIC has secured a contract to deliver mechanical and electrical (M&E) services for a residential development.
The contract involves the design/installation of services to 144 apartments and an energy centre at Berkeley Group's Chelsea Creek development in London.
The units within the 102,000 sq ft scheme were designed by architect's bptw partnership.
Eamonn Dunne, EIC regional director, said: "Chelsea Creek is a prestigious contract which we secured because of our strong track record of successfully delivering high-end residential projects, combined with our extensive experience of working in London, where space is at a premium and building work is happening in a sensitive urban environment."
