Work has begun on a £8.5m office refurbishment scheme in Berkshire.
ISG is carrying out the project at Heathrow Approach in Slough.
The contract was awarded by Sampension KP International, one of Denmark's largest pension management firms.
Located adjacent to the M4, the project involves refurbishing the seven-storey 83,000 sq ft office building, including extensive remodelling of the property's entrance, atrium and main reception area.
Further features of the project include upgrading the buildings mechanical/electrical infrastructure, replacing lifts, external works and landscaping.
Graeme White, ISG's divisional director, said: "This speculative development highlights the growing appeal of high-quality office locations within the M4 corridor, as organisations take advantage of excellent transportation links and reduced set up costs."
