Fit-out specialist Styles & Wood has been awarded a £17.7m office refurbishment contract in Manchester.
The deal will see the Group's Project division redevelop the 15,000 sq m Westminster House building in Manchester for Aviva Investors.
The 69-week project will include the refurbishment of the fabric and finishes together with mechanical and electrical upgrades on a phased basis.
The scheme, designed by BDP, WSP and Chapman BDSP, is due to be completed in November 2016.
Once finished, Aviva Investors seek tenants for the 9,000 sq m of newly refurbished Grade A office accommodation.
The appointment represents the Group's single largest project success since 2008.
Tony Lenehan, CEO at Styles&Wood, said: "This is a significant win for Styles&Wood in a key growth sector for a number of the Group’s service lines."
"The Group now has in excess of 25,000 sq m of office space under refurbishment for legal, financial and insurance blue chip customers."
