A new facility will be developed that will be fully compliant with modern animal welfare standards.
The project was procured through the Scape framework and will deliver 4,295m2 of accommodation.
Features will include covered pens and specialist equipment for viewing/auctioning livestock along with improved access for visitors.
Alastair Hamilton, Partner at Pick Everard, said: "This is an exciting regeneration scheme for us to be involved in and demonstrates Pick Everard's ability to work across a wide range of sectors.
