Support services group Lakehouse has acquired Sure Maintenance Group in a £6.5 million deal.
Sure provides gas servicing, maintenance and installations to social housing in the North of England and Midlands.
Depending on the company's performance, Lakehouse could pay an additional £2.35m.
The deal represents Lakehouse's third acquisition, having also taken over smart metering specialist Providor (£4.75m) and energy advisor Orchard (£7m).
