Intu Group has been granted planning permission for a retail development project in Buckinghamshire.
Approval was granted for the redevelopment by Milton Keynes Council on 3 September.
The proposed work is part of a £1.5bn development pipeline in the UK over the next ten years by intu.
Designed by architects 3DReid, the development will add a further 100,000 sq ft to the 430,000 sq ft intu Milton Keynes shopping centre.
Further features include a new dining quarter over two levels, a five-screen boutique cinema, new landscapes and public spaces.
Martin Breeden, Regional Director of intu, said: "We're delighted that our proposals have been approved.
"intu Milton Keynes is already the premium fashion pitch in the city and these plans will strengthen its position, creating a contemporary destination for customers to shop, eat, relax and socialise."
