Construction work is underway to develop a new London office for Saatchi & Saatchi.

ISG has been selected for the multi-million fit-out contract.

The Cat-B fit-out of the newly-constructed 100,000 sq ft, six-storey building at 40 Chancery Lane in Midtown, will see ISG deliver an open plan commercial office scheme, incorporating a REHAU CoolBoard chilled ceiling system.

ISG will form two reception areas and install three new staircases in the building, with a series of meeting rooms, cellular offices and communal break out areas also created.

Additionally, ISG will carry out landscaping at ground floor level and at the fifth floor terraced area, installing additional mechanical and electrical plant at roof level.
