Wates Developments has announced the appointment of three new members to its team.

David Bowen has been appointed Finance Director, Natalie Flint has joined as Residential Investment Director and Emily Bloor as Senior Land Manager.

Mr Bowen is a Fellow of The Institute of Chartered Accountants and joins Wates from KPMG.

He will provide financial input throughout the land and development process with input into land viability, contracts, joint venture agreements and funding arrangements.

Ms Flint joins from Linden Homes Guildford where she was Sales & Marketing Director.

She will be responsible for the management of Wates Developments' current house builder joint ventures with partners including Barratt Homes, David Wilson Homes, Linden Homes, and all future new partners.

Ms Bloor has joined from Shanly Homes where she was a Senior Land Manager.

Previously, she was focused on land at Churchill Retirement Living.
