Galliford Try's FM Business Secures University Maintenance Contract

Galliford Try's Facilities Management (FM) business has secured a ten-year reactive maintenance contract with Anglia Ruskin University.

The contract, worth over £5m, is spread across two of the university's campuses in eastern England.

Galliford Try will work in partnership with Anglia Ruskin's Estates Department to deliver a reactive mechanical and engineering maintenance service for residential and non-residential buildings within the university's Chelmsford and Cambridge campuses.

The firm will work with the university thorough an in-house team, with a particular focus on improving levels of customer satisfaction with the service for existing and future students.

Andy Lefley, Assistant Director of Building Services for the university's Estates Department, said: "I am looking forward to working with Galliford Try, to maintain customer service and the student experience as a central part of our reactive maintenance regime."

Dean Ashton, MD for Galliford Try's FM Business, added: "We are delighted to have the opportunity to work with the university in a long-term relationship to develop the maintenance service they require."
