Galliford Try has been appointed to a new government framework worth up to £3bn.
In a joint venture (JV) with OCS Group UK, Galliford Try's Facilities Management (FM) businesses has earned a place on Lot One of the Crown Commercial Services FM Framework.
The JV will operate under the name of Sigma Support Services.
In addition, the FM business has also earned a place on Lot Two of the framework worth up to £500m.
The framework began on 28 July and will run for a four year period, applying to central Government and other public sector buildings throughout the UK.
Greg Fitzgerald, Executive Chairman of Galliford Try, said: "It is tremendous news that our FM business has been appointed to such a significant government framework.
"The FM sector is becoming increasingly important to us as a business and this new appointment demonstrates that we have an excellent proposition to offer our clients."
