Finally! After a year of searching we have selected our new premises for our offices and are now officially announcing our plans to move. Currently our offices are based in Leigh, Lancashire and after much discussion the decision has been made to move to Leyland, Lancashire.
Our new premises are much larger in size than what we currently have. As a business we have grown dramatically over the last year and this is because of the customers we serve, their loyalty and the high quality, reliable and competitively priced service we offer.
The warehouse area of our new offices is much larger and even features underfloor heating which we are sure coming up to winter our warehouse manager and warehouse staff will appreciate! There is access into the warehouse through four large shutter doors so any large deliveries will be easy to facilitate.
We will be moving both companies, DCM Surfaces and Macadamize into the premises so we are all under one roof! All the company vans and machinery will be kept in a secure yard area and there will be additional security patrolling the area which gives us great peace of mind.
Leyland, a town situated in the South Ribble District in the county of Lancashire is approximately 6 miles sound of the city of Preston. Close to motorway links such as the M6, M61 and the M65 network it provides us with perfect positioning as we work throughout the whole of the UK.
This will be a fresh start for the both teams at DCM Surfaces and Macadamize and we are extremely excited for what the future holds. We will continue to provide services in wet pour installation, resin bound and resin bonded gravel, artificial grass, flexi-base surfacing, rubber mulch, tarmacadam surfacing, self-binding gravel, thermoplastics and line marking for sports, educational and even just for fun!
We plan to make the move towards the end of August 2015 if everything goes to plan and we will update our customers throughout this time period.
