Simmons & Simmons (S&S) has expanded its construction practice by appointing Rob Horne as a partner in the firm's London office.

Mr Horne joins the firm from Trowers & Hamlins and has over 20 years' experience in construction, engineering and infrastructure disputes.

He will work closely with construction partners James Pollock and Navneet Juty in S&S's London office.
