Cogress has launched a £2 million 'investment opportunity' for the development of five new apartments in London.
The private equity platform is partnering with Fresh Lime Development to build the 7,265 sq ft of accommodation on Willesden Lane, NW6.
The development will be located in the South side of Willesden Lane and marks the second time Cogress and Fresh have collaborated on a project.
The Willesden Lane 'opportunity' has a targeted exit date of November 2016, with the development projected to reach over £7.5 million at sale.
Tal Orly, CEO at Cogress UK, said: "We’re delighted to be working with Fresh Lime Development once again.
"The project underlines our commitment to not only offer our investors the top property opportunities, but also to work with developers who share our ambition for increased numbers and increased quality in housing for London."
