BAM FM To Provide Services For New UTC

BAM Facilities Management (FM) has won a £135,000 deal to supply services for South Wiltshire University Technical College (UTC) in Salisbury.

The company will deliver cleaning, catering and grounds maintenance services for the UTC, which will open in September.

BAM will also carry out mechanical and electrical maintenance, premises management and caretaking.

Sister company BAM Construction is currently redeveloping the building from a police station.

The one year contract begins on 1 September and could be renewed beyond next August.

Lee Challenger, BAM FM's Business Development Manager, said: "BAM is delighted to be chosen to carry out these important duties for South Wiltshire UTC.

"The relationship between BAM Construction and ourselves will help us maximise the benefits of the building for its users."
