CNM Estates has appointed Ardmore to design and build a £90 million mixed-use project in South London.
The development will provide 332 new residential units with 40,000 sq ft of office and retail space along with a 139-bedroom hotel.
Work has already begun demolishing the existing Sutton Point Tower on the site with the main demolition phase due to start this Autumn.
The project is scheduled for completion in August 2018.
Cormac Byrne, Ardmore's Managing Director, said: "We are thrilled to be awarded this major contract by CNM Estates.
"Our direct appointment on the job underlines our reputation within London as the go to contractor of choice for landmark schemes."
