Cruden Construction has been awarded a contract to develop new office headquarters for Asons Solicitors in Bolton.
The £5 million four-storey scheme will be located in the All Saints district on Clarence Street, adjacent to the major intersection of St Peter's Way and Topp Way.
Cruden will work with Bolton-based designers Bradshaw Gass & Hope on the 48,000 sq ft building.
They will undertake architecture, structural engineering, service engineering, quantity surveying, cost control and CDM coordination on the project.
Cruden's Business Development Director David Dickie said: "Both Asons and Cruden focus on customer satisfaction as their number one priority and both organisations have great CSR credentials, committing resources and efforts towards helping North West communities prosper."
Works will commence on site on 6 July and will complete in the summer of 2016.
