Larkfleet Group has established two new subsidiaries to extend its operations across England.

The groups South Western arm will develop primarily in Devon, Cornwall and parts of Somerset.

Larkfleet Homes Suffolk and Norfolk will build properties in England's eastern counties, with an option for a 1,000 homes site in Beccles expected to be signed shortly.
