Workspace Wins Planning Consent In London

Workspace Group has acquired planning permission for a development in London.

The site is located at Lombard House on the Purley Way, Croydon.

Workspace has secured mixed use planning consent for the development of 96 residential units along with 19,000 sq ft of new studio and light industrial space.

This will replace the existing 64,000 sq ft building, which was valued at £5 million in March.

Chief Executive of Workspace, Jamie Hopkins, said: "We are delighted to have received planning permission for this redevelopment in Croydon, which again demonstrates Workspace’s ability to generate significant value from our existing portfolio."
