Graham has been appointed as main contractor on a development programme for schools in Dumfries.
The firm is part of a £100 million school investment programme which will see a range of primary and secondary schools demolished or redeveloped.
The Dumfries Learning Town plans were unveiled at St Joseph's College.
Phase One of the project involves works to 11 schools, including four secondary schools and aims to commence in 2016.
Phase Two will follow in 2018.
