A batch of steel 'cans' making up the tower section of the i360 project have been delivered in Brighton.
The structures were made at a specialist factory in Holland and arrived at the site on 11 June
The first six cans arrived by barge, with a total of 17 to eventually form the tower.
A 100 metre tall crane weighing 6,000 tonnes will lift the cans into place.
The barge also delivered a counterweight to help the observation pod move up and down the development once complete along with four sections of a jacking tower.
The tower allows the construction team to build the development by placing each can inside the jacking tower then lifting it up.
Chief Executive at the i360, Eleanor Harris, said: "This is a really exciting time for us and is another major milestone for the i360."
