Linden Homes has announced two new board-level appointments.

Andrew Hammond will become the new divisional Managing Director (MD) for the company's Western division.

Mr Hammond, 44, was previously Regional Chairman of Persimmon's South East division.

He will take over from Greg Locke who is retiring this month.

Linden Homes also appointed David Bridge as its dedicated business improvement director.

Mr Bridges, 48, joined from Wates and will work alongside board members on strengthening the business processes supporting the company's growth.

Group MD, Andrew Richards, said: "We’re constantly pushing for Linden Homes to reach new heights, and having David and Andrew on board will be a major advantage. They bring invaluable experience to their jobs from the housebuilding industry as well as their wider business expertise and acumen."
