Development Site Acquired In Brighton

First Base in partnership with Hyde New Homes has acquired a development site in Brighton.

The area consists of Anston House, a derelict office building with surrounding land.

Development plans include delivering approximately 200 apartments.

Architects Conran & Partners has been appointed as the lead designer.

The scheme will feature First Base's key design principles including high specification apartments with usable outside space.

Barry Jessup, Director at First Base, said: "As our first project outside London, we are excited about this milestone for First Base.

"Our ethos remains the same and we are committed to delivering a design-led scheme in Brighton that is sympathetic to the surrounding area."
