Dawnus has been awarded a contract to design and develop a new secondary school academy in Wokingham.
The £26.7 million contract to build the Arborfield Secondary School was awarded by the council.
Plans include to develop a two storey building totalling 6,280m2, including playing fields and a floodlit all-weather pitch.
The school will feature two courtyards which will be landscaped to provide external classrooms and dining areas.
Associated external works and parking provisions will also be installed.
The school will cater up to 1500 pupils when completed.
Dawnus Managing Director Russell Evans said: "The Arborfield project is a fantastic opportunity for Dawnus.
"We are delighted to be able to continue our successful relationship with Wokingham Borough Council and provide a first class new school facility for the local community."
