Osbourne has been awarded a contract to develop the University of London's new Library and Student Services Centre.
The Royal Holloway development will be located opposite the university's Founder's building.
The £48 million contract includes a copper cladding feature wing, anodised aluminium curtain walling along with terracotta cladding and granite cladding to the ground floor.
The building will provide 1,154 study spaces, 12.6km of book shelving and will be built to achieve an 'Excellent' BREEAM rating.
The internal area will compromise of 10,592m2 with an external landscaped area featuring a plaza.
John Craic, MD for Construction at Osbourne said: "We are delighted to have been awarded this contract. It is a prestigious and challenging project, and collaboration at all stages will be a key factor in successful delivery."
