Kier has been appointed to carry out minor and major upgrade works for three healthcare facilities in the UK.
The £25m contract was awarded by United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust (ULHT).
Kier will deliver an upgrade programme over the next year at Pilgrim Hospital, Grantham and District, and Lincoln County Hospital.
The contract is project managed by Capita Health Partners and forms part of the Lincolnshire Trust's five-year estate strategy.
Schemes at Pilgrim Hospital include the development of a new multi-purpose clinical accommodation along with renovating the site.
Areas of the five-storey maternity wing at Lincoln County will be modernised and two further wards will be refurbished with facilities that help support patients with dementia. Extended car parking and improved street lighting will also be developed.
Kier will also refurbish wards that are located in the tower block at Grantham and District Hospital. A new boiler room will also be installed to meet energy efficiency targets and reduce running costs.
Smaller works will include further ward refurbishments, mechanical and electrical infrastructure, improved theatre ventilation along with fire safety measures and roof repairs.
Kier Senior Framework Manager, Lewis Parker, said: "We are delighted to have been selected as Principal Supply Chain Partner for this important programme, which will provide outstanding new healthcare facilities for Lincolnshire."
