Moda Living And Apache Capital Form Joint Venture

Moda Living and Apache Capital have formed a £1 billion joint venture (JV) to establish the UK's first regional private rented sector (PRS) platform.

The JV will develop five schemes totalling 5,000 units with further sites to be developed in the future.

Included in the Apache-Moda JV is the 40 storey PRS tower at Peel Group's Liverpool Waters.

The site is currently under construction and will total 325 units.

Moda’s two sites in Leeds, City One and Quarry Hill, are in the planning process for 1,900 units and may be rolled into the partnership at a later date.
