ISG has announced work is underway to create a new hospital in London.
Development of the £4.5 million project in the Marylebone district is being undertaken for ophthalmic specialist Optegra.
The scheme will involve the conversion of two properties in Queen Anne Street, redeveloping them into a facility for the treatment of eye conditions.
ISG will provide 13,200 sq ft of floor space over six storeys across the two buildings.
Facilities include a basement level theatre suite with a refractive laser unit for eye surgery, a reception area on the ground floor, a series of consulting rooms and two operation theatres on the second floor along with ceiling mounted precision microscopes.
The third floor will contain a patient recovery suite with staff offices and welfare facilities on the buildings upper levels.
Paul Sharp, Divisional Director of ISG's Engineering Services business, said: "Our impressive track record and highly-specialist technical skill set proved a compelling proposition to Optegra for its prestigious new London eye hospital."
