After the success of Brundle Design Studio, and having responded to customers who have requested templates for gates, railings and stair balustrades, FH Brundle are pleased to announce Design Studio 2.

Brundle have made many upgrades and created useful new features such as its calculators.

These are some of the additional to benefits to Design Studio 2:

• Ten NEW templates, making fourteen in all, including: high and low double gates; high and low pedestrian gates; six new railing templates.

• Brundle calculators work out lengths of railings with bar and posts centres. This is a really useful and very simple tool which can save estimators, installers and fabricators valuable time. Simply add three measurements and you get instant calculations.

• Access prices and further details of any part through a direct link to Brundle's website. Create your design then go to ‘Parts List’. When you see the images simply press ‘View Online’ to take you to the relevant page on the website where you can enlarge the image and see prices and weights.

• Brundle have added a brand new Design Library where you can share your designs or see designs created by others.

• Dozens of new parts have been added to the original Design Studio.

• Save your own designs to the Design Library, Facebook, Pinterest and Twitter accounts.

• Brundle have added a ‘Tour’ to show you how Design Studio works. Access this anytime by going to Menu > Start Tour.

• When dragging a part to your chosen template you will see the part number and a brief description will appear in the bottom right-hand side of the screen.

• Print your designs and the parts lists with the article numbers of the parts used.

• You can now ‘flip’ a part to give you a pair with appropriate panels.

• When using both the Drive Gate templates, you can copy one side to the other to save you time.

• You can also ‘Toggle Posts’ to make them higher or lower to match your site.

• Create your Design whilst you are with your customer – not only will you impress them, but they have a chance to see what they are getting and change the design as they wish. You can print or email a copy of the design and include a message.

• Additional parts are added at regular intervals.
