Silverstone Selected As Project Manager On Refurb Project

Silverstone Building Consultancy has been selected as Project Manager on a refurbishment project in North East England.

The Pulman Group has announced a £500,000 investment in redeveloping its Volkswagon car showroom on Abbey Road in Durham.

Robertson Construction has been appointed as the main contractor on the scheme.

Richard Farry, Director at Silverstone, said: "Following Robertson’s appointment, the refurbishment project is now underway and we anticipate completion in 12 weeks.

"We have planned the project carefully to allow Pulman to continue trading as normal during the refurbishment."

It is understood Pulman has also selected Silverstone as Project Manager on the development of a £2 million ŠKODA retail concept to replace the temporary car showroom built last year in Durham.
