NG Bailey has been awarded a contract to deliver mechanical and electrical (M&E) services for a £12.5 million development.
The company's engineering division will deliver all M&E installations for Subsea's 7 £40 million office development in Surrey.
The contract covers all five storeys of the building including basement and external works.
The 40 Brighton Road project is currently under construction and comprises of a central covered atrium and a basement car park for 90 vehicles.
Planned development includes a reception area, a gym, a data centre and a café all on the ground floor. Office space will occupy the first to fourth floor.
The building will also include environmentally friendly systems such as a brown roof, rainwater harvesting, combined heat and power (CHP) solutions along with a large solar PV farm.

The project is due to be completed in 2016.
