A development built by Wates Construction has won an award from the British Council for Offices (BCO).
The eight storey 10 Hammersmith Grove office development has received the British Council for Offices (BCO) Commercial Workplace award.
The accolade was given at the BCO's 2015 regional award ceremony in London on 28 April.
The development consists of 110,000 sq ft of office space along with 6,000 sq ft of cafes, restaurants and public realm spaces with open terraces.
Wates built the development on behalf of Development Securities and Aberdeen Asset Management.
Phil Shortman, Managing Director for Wates Construction London, said: "10 Hammersmith Grove faced some tough competition to receive this coveted BCO award, an indication of the quality of commercial buildings that are gracing the London and South East skyline."
