Sheppard Robson has been granted planning permission for a £90m build and refurbishment project for residence halls at the University of Liverpool.
Six buildings will be replaced by three new student accommodation blocks.
The new build will create 1,370 en-suite bedrooms and increase the number of rooms by 40%.
The redevelopment is part of a £250m plan by the University to build and upgrade accommodation at its city and Mossley Hill base.
The project team includes quantity surveyor Gleeds, WYG as mechanical and Electrical engineers, Sutcliffes as structural engineers and RLF as construction managers.
