The AMP6 framework by South East Water has been awarded to BAM Nuttall and Nomenca, in a joint venture (JV).
The multi-million pound framework is for the delivery of the water company's non-infrastructure works for the next five years.
An option also exists to extend the deal up to ten years.
South East Water's Head of Engineering, Desmond Brown, said that the JV will be working alongside South East Water on a number of projects, including building new water treatment works, pumping stations, service reservoirs and refurbishing existing treatment plants.
He added: "We are looking forward to working with the BAM Nomenca JV over the next five years."
Ilya Savva, BAM Nomenca's Framework Manager, said: "The AMP6 Major Project Framework provides an exciting opportunity to develop innovative solutions and efficiencies in a fully collaborative environment."
